topkinsElliott S. Topkins, Attorney

Attorney Elliott S. Topkins was born in 1943. He graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 1965, then entered Harvard Law School, graduating in 1968 with his L.L.B. degree.

He is listed in Martindale-Hubbell, the world’s largest directory of legal services, where he is ranked with an “AV” peer review rating. According to Martindale-Hubbell, the “AV” rating “shows that a lawyer has reached the height of professional excellence. He or she has usually practiced law for many years, and is recognized for the highest levels of skill and integrity.”

Mr. Topkins served as General Counsel to Commonwealth Mortgage Company, Inc. from 1987 to 1992. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
